Altered Aprons...

We have many of these aprons and we decided to let everyone Alter them. Paint them, sew them, paper them, glue them~anything you want!
We'll hang them up in the store and have a little "Altered Apron Art Show" where they can all be viewed. So, if you'd like to participate you can come in and grab an apron. Take it home and ALTER AWAY!
Bring your altered apron back to Mystic Paper by March 13th. We'll hang them all up and have our little "Altered Apron Art Show" the following weekend starting Friday, March 20th through Mid April. How's that sound?

Look Alikes and ATC's...

After staring at Judy B's ATC, her Glamour Queen in Blue looked so familiar.
It was really bugging me who this looked like and then we figured it out!

January Drop Off ATC's...

Using Tattered Angels Glimmermist everyone created a card that has glitz and glamour!

2009 ATC Drop Off Swap Themes~

January ATC Swap:
ATC cards for January are due in the shop by Friday, January 16.
Using a Tattered Angels Glimmermist in your choice of color, create a card that has glitz and glamour!

February ATC Swap:
ATC cards for February are due in the shop by Friday,
February 20. Using Tim Holtz products (stamps, hardware, papers, tickets, etc.) create a card with a vintage theme.

March ATC Swap:
ATC cards for March are due in the shop by Friday, March 20. Using a springtime theme (eggs, flowers, birds, etc.), make a card that is simply folded. Start with cardstock that is 3½” x 5” and fold it to ATC size. Fold in half, fold as a triptych, fold and cut so it interlocks. Use your imagination!

April ATC Swap:
ATC cards for April are due in the shop by Friday, April 17. Using any theme you would like, make an ATC that is a pocket or has a pocket. Insert a tag, ticket, picture, or ??? in the pocket.

May ATC Swap:
The ATC’s are due on May 15. Using a paint chip from a hardware store in your favorite color, create a card showing your favorite thing in your favorite color.
